Rethinking Firebrand Nordics CRM

In this project at ITU Copenhagen our group addressed the issues a Copenhagen-based consulting company faced when using their intranet, Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Through various methods we examined and analyzed their workflow and use of CRM. Through a thorough UX process we developed a concept, which constitutes a redesign of CRM that aims to make the sales employees work more efficiently and increase their productivity.
